Ingredients:

- 1 kg fish fillet
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- salt & pepper
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp ginger& garlic paste
- juice of one lemon
For coating(list 2):
- 1 cup oat
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup semolina
(optional: herbs, lemon zest, garlic powder)
Steps:
1) Marinate the fillet with all the ingredient above in list 1 for minimum 30 mins. It should be a little bit thick so as the fillets can be coated easily.
2) Mix ingredient for coating.
3) Coat the filet with the mixture. If you prefer extra crisp, put back the coated filet in the marinade and coat again. Once all the fillets are coated.
4) You can freeze and bake later or can bake immediately at 220 degree for 20 minutes. If you don't have a silicon mat like you've seen in the last picture, you need to flip over the fillets at interval so that they are baked on both sides.
